Acceptable Reasons for Refund or Replacement:
Your mic flags differ from the proof you received and approved.
Your mic flags contain defects.
Your mic flags are not shipped on the date approved.
How to Return Your Mic Flags:
Please contact us immediately at micflags@impactpbs.com with photos of any defects or mistakes. We will contact you to determine how to make it right with either a replacement or full refund.
